Dila is our colleague who studied HR management at Surrey University and who has significantly developed herself in the field of HR. Dila joined the BLU FORES HR team as soon as she returned to the island and began to take an active role in the management of the HR departments for many clients.<\/p>\n

Throughout her high school years, Dila\u2019s main aim was to study Human Resource Management and pursue her career in this area after graduating from university. After setting her goals, she studied Business Management and Human Resource Management at the University of Surrey in the UK. During her university years, in order to familiarise herself with Human Resource Management and to see how to be a Human Resource Manager not just theoretically but also practically, Dila did two internships in two different organisations in Cyprus.<\/p>\n

Following her graduation from university, Dila completed her Master\u2019s at the University of Kent, with a degree in Organisational and Business Psychology. Now that Dila has completed her educational goals and fulfilled her educational wants, she is ready and excited to be a part of the HR community.<\/p>\n
