\u0130lkin was born and raised in the United Kingdom until he later moved to Cyprus at a young age. At university, he studied and earned his degree from the Faculty of Education. Following his bachelor at the Eastern Mediterranean University, he moved to Ohio, United States of America and earned his Master\u2019s Degree in Human Resources Development at the University of Findlay. After completing his education and internship in the United States, in 2005 \u0130lkin returned back to Cyprus and started working at Eastern Mediterranean University at the Educational Sciences Department, further building his experience and career before moving to Girne American University as the Director of Human Resources. While he led and redeveloped the HR Department from scratch, he also lectured university students in Human Resources Management as an academician. This experience gave \u0130lkin a unique opportunity by moving to Heidelberg, Germany with his young family in 2010 to work for one of Europe\u2019s leading scientific organisations, the European Molecular Biology Laboratory.<\/p>\n

As an HR and Talent Acquisition Manager, \u0130lkin led the Recruitment Team while onboarding some of the most talented scientists from all over the world. He fulfilled this duty for 9+ years at top-level, working closely together with some of the most highly ranked and recognised senior scientists in the world while travelling Europe and participating in various career fairs, workshops, trainings and world-class HR gatherings and events. Following this incredible life experience working for such a world-famous NGO and inter-governmental scientific organisation, \u0130lkin moved back to his beautiful home country, Cyprus, together with his wife and three children. Here, he reunited with his long-standing friend and colleague Ahmet T\u00fcrkdo\u011fan, where they had started this HR journey together. \u0130lkin and Ahmet finally found the right opportunity to initiate their long-term plan and strengthen their expertise with a remarkable partnership, founding the BLU FORES HR Outsourcing & Consulting<\/strong> company in North Cyprus.<\/span><\/p>\n
