After graduating from the Faculty of Communication at Eastern Mediterranean University, Ahmet T\u00fcrkdo\u011fan moved to England to pursue a career in human resources. He completed a master\u2019s degree in International Human Resource Management at the University of Portsmouth, followed by further training in organisational development. He worked for various companies and civil society organisations in England, Germany and Northern Cyprus.
Ahmet began his career as a Human Resources Assistant, progressed to the role of Human Resources Manager, and later brought his experience into consultancy. He undertook a range of roles and projects at organisations including T\u00fcrkiye \u0130\u015f Bankas\u0131, Best Western Group, the European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL), Kuzey K\u0131br\u0131s Turkcell, Adem Kaner, and Near East University and its hospital. <\/p>\n

Ahmet founded BLUFORES HR Outsourcing & Consulting with his longstanding friend and colleague \u0130lkin \u00c7elikli, with whom he began his journey in human resources. Together, they set out to bring an innovative perspective to HR practices in Northern Cyprus. His consultancy career has focused on human resources strategy, organisational development and organisational structuring.
Alongside his professional work, Ahmet has played an active role in civil society, developing and managing European Union projects. He served as Chair of the Board of the Human Resources Management Association for two terms, totalling four years, and worked with rights-based organisations to help advance human rights.
Ahmet shares a lively home with his wife, their child, and many cats and dogs.<\/p>\n
