AYŞE YASMİN RATİP
Ayşe Yasmin Ratip completed her undergraduate degree in Human Resources at Swansea University, graduating with high honours. During her studies, she sought to complement her academic knowledge with practical experience and took opportunities to work in different fields.
Through Bright Network UK’s internship programme, she gained experience in commercial operations and marketing. This helped her understand different business processes and develop her analytical approach. She joined BLUFORES HR in 2023.
At BLUFORES HR, Ayşe contributes to recruitment and candidate assessment, considering organisations’ needs alongside candidates’ competencies. Drawing on her experience in public and private sector projects, she helps identify candidates who fit each organisation’s culture.
She also works on performance evaluation and organisational development. With her commitment to continuous learning and a development-focused approach, she helps our partner organisations manage their HR processes in a more structured, measurable and sustainable way.
