Blu Fores HR Outsourcing & Consulting is a Northern Cyprus-based company operating in the field of Human Resources, providing both consultancy and outsourcing services to its customers. BLU FORES HR was established by two experts in the field of human resources, who have extensive experience in both local and European processes. Their main objectives are to develop the human resources functions of every small, medium or large-sized company and to consolidate the idea of human resources in Northern Cyprus. Although there is not so much awareness yet, Human Resources is a unit that should be in every business. BLU FORES HR offers the opportunity to businesses that do not have the time, opportunity or professional HR knowledge to develop and/or manage their HR departments by providing consultancy services for its development and then after, for its management.
