WHO WE ARE
BLUFORES HR Outsourcing & Consulting is a consultancy based in Northern Cyprus, providing human resources consultancy and outsourced HR services to organisations across Northern Cyprus and Türkiye.
Founded by two HR professionals with local and European experience, BLUFORES HR helps small, medium and large businesses establish, develop and effectively manage their HR functions. Our aim is to strengthen awareness of the value of human resources and provide professional solutions tailored to each organisation’s needs.
We provide advice and practical support throughout the process for companies that lack the time, resources or expertise to establish or manage an HR department. Through our international outlook, innovative approach and focus on results, we help our clients achieve sustainable success.
