AYŞE YASMİN RATİP
Ayşe Yasmin Ratip is a highly motivated second-year student at Swansea University, specialising in Business and Management, with a focus on Human Resources. Throughout her academic journey, Ayşe has actively pursued various opportunities to gain practical experience and enhance her skill set. Ayşe has successfully completed multiple job placements, showcasing her versatility and adaptability. She worked as a crew member on a tourist boat, where she gained valuable customer service and interpersonal skills. Additionally, Ayşe worked as a sales associate at “FLO,” where she developed a strong understanding of sales techniques and customer satisfaction. Recognising the importance of professional development, Ayşe participated in a prestigious internship program provided by Bright Network UK. This internship allowed her to gain first-hand experience in Business Operations and Marketing, further refining her knowledge in these areas.
Committed to continuous learning, Ayşe has actively pursued additional courses to complement her academic pursuits. She completed the “Effective Communication and Employability Skills” course offered by the European Commission in Cyprus, enhancing her communication abilities and employability attributes. Furthermore, she underwent specialised training in interview techniques to sharpen her skills in presenting herself effectively during job interviews. Apart from her academic and professional endeavours, Ayşe is fluent in both English and Turkish. She enjoys utilising her language skills to translate various documents and papers as an additional activity. Ayşe’s drive, diverse experiences and dedication to personal and professional growth make her a promising team member with a strong foundation in business, management and human resources.
